China conducted another space launch, during which a group of satellites was delivered into orbit.

The launch of the Kinetica-1 launch vehicle took place from the Dongfeng commercial site of the Jiuquan Cosmodrome. The spacecraft launched at 12:03 p.m. local time and successfully launched eight satellites, including the Gaofen-07A02 Earth remote sensing device, into a preset orbit.

The launch was the first use of this rocket this year and part of the active development of the Chinese space program. Beijing is expanding groups of meteorological, navigation and telecommunication satellites, as well as developing technologies for deep space.

China is also developing missions to explore the moon, asteroids, and Mars, and there is a national space station in orbit that is open to international cooperation. In 2025, the country set its own record by completing 92 space launches.
